The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has found no criminal misconduct among its personnel regarding the April 2024 attack on a World Central Kitchen convoy, which resulted in the tragic death of Australian humanitarian Zomi Frankcom.
While acknowledging serious errors in identifying a Hamas fighter within the convoy, the IDF stated that commanders acted without reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing.
Additionally, the IDF has announced criminal investigations into other incidents, including the distressing January 2024 death of five-year-old Hind Rajab and a March attack on Palestinian paramedics that resulted in 15 fatalities.
