RoboStore Shifts Focus to In-House Robot Production Amid US Restrictions

RoboStore, a prominent US distributor of Chinese humanoid robots, is transitioning to manufacturing its own robots on Long Island, New York. This strategic shift comes in response to increasing US government restrictions on foreign robotics.

Previously, RoboStore facilitated the sale of affordable robots from Unitree Robotics to major institutions like Harvard and Amazon, selling over 1,500 units to customers including Cisco and OpenAI.
