Aston Villa Strengthens Squad with New Signings

Aston Villa has announced the signings of Senegalese winger Ibrahim Mbaye from Paris St-Germain and English defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis from Southampton, ahead of their match against Hull this Saturday.

The 18-year-old Mbaye joins Villa for a reported fee of €55 million (£47 million). Last season, he made an impact at PSG, scoring three goals and assisting twice in 31 appearances while also featuring in all four of Senegal's World Cup matches, where he became the youngest African player to score in a men's World Cup.

Meanwhile, Harwood-Bellis, 24, has been brought in for an initial £25 million, with potential add-ons bringing the total up to £29 million. A product of Manchester City’s academy, he previously played for Southampton, where he experienced both promotion and relegation in recent seasons.
