The voluntary recall involves 53,760 cases of shelf-stable, 8-ounce 1% low-fat chocolate milk boxes. The affected products, sold in both 12-count and 18-count cases, have specific item numbers and UPCs: the 12-count cases are identified by item number 136990 and UPC 742365002700, while the 18-count cases carry item number 136917 and UPC 742365208867.

Horizon Organic initiated this recall due to a seal issue that could lead to premature spoilage.
