Regent Seven Seas Cruises is reducing passenger counts on its Explorer Class ships to enhance cabin space and is set to unveil the luxurious Seven Seas Prestige ship this December. Seabourn is planning a fleet-wide culinary overhaul, while Crystal prepares to launch its new ship, Crystal Grace, in June 2028. These brands are continuously evolving to cater to the modern luxury traveler.

Expedition Ships Embrace Luxury

Even expedition ships are enhancing their luxury offerings. Silversea is expanding its service to include butler-attended suites and complimentary caviar on exploration vessels such as the 100-passenger Silver Origin. Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours is introducing the Scenic Ikon, a vessel equipped with two helicopters and a submersible, set to launch in April 2028. Meanwhile, Ponant's Le Commandant Charcot stands out as the only luxury icebreaker capable of reaching the North Pole, featuring the exclusive Alain Ducasse restaurant at sea.
