Their candid discussions about their own experiences with the disease have prompted a notable uptick in the use of Prostate Cancer UK's online risk checker tool, leading to a wave of men seeking to assess their health risks.

Following Clarkson's announcement of his prostate cancer diagnosis, nearly 50,880 men utilized the online risk checker in a single week, a dramatic rise from just 8,425 the week prior. Clarkson, who is now in remission, expressed his gratitude for the early detection of his aggressive cancer, stating, "I feel incredibly lucky that my cancer was caught early. To hear that actually tens of thousands of men have already taken the risk checker is something to be hugely proud of."
