Raheem Sterling Pleads Guilty to Dangerous Driving and Drug Possession

Former England international Raheem Sterling has found himself in legal trouble after admitting to dangerous driving and drug possession following a motorway incident in May. The 31-year-old, who recently played for Feyenoord, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court where he faced multiple charges related to his reckless behavior.
During the court proceedings, it was revealed that Sterling was involved in a crash while driving a Lamborghini Urus on the M25, M3, A327, and Minley Road, ultimately colliding with a metal gate. Witnesses recounted seeing the car swerving dangerously and noted that Sterling was inhaling from a balloon, which led to the discovery of six canisters of nitrous oxide in his possession. This substance is classified as a Class C drug and is often misused for recreational inhalation.
Hampshire Police confirmed that the incident occurred on May 28, with no other vehicles involved and no injuries reported. Sterling, who has an impressive 82 caps for the England national team, has been disqualified from driving pending further court appearances, the next of which is scheduled for November 25.
