Swiss Rave Shooting Declared a Solo Attack by Authorities

Authorities in Switzerland have confirmed that the tragic shooting at a rave in Aarau, which left a 22-year-old Italian woman dead and five others injured, was the act of a single gunman.
Michael Leupold, commander of the Aargau cantonal police, stated during a press conference that they have no evidence suggesting involvement from any other parties. The suspect, a 43-year-old Swiss man, surrendered to police on Monday but has not disclosed any details regarding his motive.
Furthermore, the suspected shooter is reported to have psychological issues, and law enforcement discovered two pistols and an AK-47 in his vehicle. The rave organizers expressed their devastation over the incident, reaffirming that such events should be safe spaces.
