Adam Scott Looks Back on His 'The Office' Audition Experience

Adam Scott, known for his role in “Severance,” recently shared his experience auditioning for the iconic sitcom “The Office.” During an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” he recounted a class where his daughter’s acting teacher compared his audition tape with John Krasinski's successful one.
Scott humorously noted, “I’m the subject of what not to do,” reflecting on the embarrassment felt by his daughter when the teacher realized her connection to him. While Krasinski won the role of Jim Halpert, Scott eventually found success in “Parks and Recreation.”
On the show, he also discussed “Severance” Season 3, currently in production, and his upcoming Netflix film, “The Whisper Man,” set to premiere on August 28.
