Aston Martin's Valen Takes Center Stage Ahead of Monterey Car Week 2026

Aston Martin has unveiled the highly anticipated Valen supercar during a preview at its Gaydon headquarters, generating excitement ahead of its public debut at The Quail during Monterey Car Week 2026. The Valen is positioned as an experimental model within the manufacturer’s Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division, joining the ranks of bespoke projects like the Valour and DBR22.
This striking vehicle features a full carbon fiber body and advanced 3D-printed components, showcasing Aston Martin's commitment to innovation beyond mere aesthetics. The design boasts a low cabin and wide track, complemented by an S-curve bonnet that transitions into sweeping edges, creating a bold front profile beneath recessed, hooded headlights.
In a striking visual presentation, the SVO team revealed a unique Satin Andromeda Red finish, which shifts in hue thanks to Chromaflair interference pigments. The Valen's rear design breaks from tradition, sporting a solid carbon tailgate with a 170-liter luggage compartment, and a titanium exhaust system with four outlets that enhance the car's acoustic performance.
Under the hood, the Valen houses a powerful 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine, delivering 850PS (838 hp) and a torque of 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft). It is paired with an eight-speed ZF transmission that allows this supercar to accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 3.0 seconds, with a top speed of 214 mph. Engineers have successfully reduced the car’s weight by up to 110 kg (242 pounds) through the extensive use of lightweight materials.
Inside, the Valen emphasizes a driver-centric design, featuring a minimalist cockpit with a 3D-printed titanium center console and custom finishes. Buyers can choose between various upholstery options, including lightweight carbon fiber seats and contrasting accents, creating a bespoke interior experience. With only 150 units to be produced, customer deliveries are set to commence in the second quarter of 2027, marking a significant moment for Aston Martin enthusiasts.
