Brad Pitt to Premiere 'Heart of the Beast' at San Sebastian Film Festival

Brad Pitt will grace the San Sebastian Film Festival this year alongside director David Ayer for the premiere of their film, Heart of the Beast. This Paramount Pictures project will be showcased out of competition at the prestigious Spanish festival.

Pitt portrays a former Special Forces officer navigating the harsh Alaskan wilderness with his retired combat dog following a plane crash. This marks Pitt's return to the festival after his appearance in 2009 for Inglourious Basterds.

Joining Pitt and Ayer are J.K. Simmons and Anna Lambe, with the film produced by Pitt, Ayer, and others. The festival's 74th edition features 17 films in competition and highlights include opening film Ghost Song and the Donostia Award recipient, Werner Herzog.
