A controlled explosion was executed on an unattended vehicle outside St Pancras Station in London on Tuesday, prompting a brief evacuation and service delays.
Emergency services swiftly responded to the scene, leading to the temporary closure of the main and north entrances of the Kings Cross St Pancras tube station. The Metropolitan Police confirmed the vehicle was later deemed non-suspicious.
Eurostar services faced delays as a result, with the company apologizing for the disruption. However, operations resumed within about 15 minutes, and rail services have since returned to normal.
