The latest CDC data indicates a troubling trend in U.S. kindergarten vaccination rates for the 2025-2026 school year, with figures dropping once more.
Only 92.4% of kindergartners received the MMR vaccine, a slight decrease from 92.5% last year, while DTaP coverage fell from 92.1% to 92.0%. This decline moves the U.S. further from the critical 95% vaccination threshold.
