In a groundbreaking move, Hong Kong's prestigious Diocesan Boys’ School (DBS) plans to introduce the International Advanced Level curriculum by 2027, pending approval from the Education Bureau.
During a Primary One admission event on Saturday, Headmaster Ronnie Cheng Kay-yen revealed that DBS would be the first institution in the city to offer three distinct university pathways. This follows successful endorsements from both Cambridge International Education and the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority.
“We are now waiting for the final say from the authorities,” Cheng stated, outlining the school's commitment to expanding educational options for its students.
