Disney+ Unveils Premiere for Lavish K-Drama 'The Remarried Empress'

Disney+ is gearing up for the highly anticipated release of its K-drama, The Remarried Empress, set to premiere on November 4. The series boasts a stellar cast including Shin Min-a, Ju Ji-hoon, Lee Jong-suk, and Lee Se-young, and features a lavish production style that Disney claims to be its most expensive Korean drama to date.

Before streaming, the series will make a grand debut at the Busan International Film Festival in early October, where three episodes totaling 151 minutes will premiere as part of the festival's On Screen section. Based on a popular Naver Webtoon, the story follows Empress Navier as she navigates a tumultuous marriage and seeks a new path with the rival Crown Prince Heinrey.
