Insomnia Cookies Upgrades Classic Recipe with Chunky Chocolate

Insomnia Cookies, the beloved late-night bakery, has announced a delicious update to its signature cookie recipe. Known for its comforting warm deliveries, the chain is enhancing the texture and taste of its offerings.

Six fan-favorite cookies, including Cookies 'n' Cream and Chocolate Chunk Brownie, will now feature larger chocolate chunks instead of traditional chips. These new chunks, roughly three times bigger, promise a richer experience with every bite.

This change, a product of six months of development and customer testing, aims to elevate the indulgence factor while keeping the original flavors intact. The revamped cookies are debuting across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., with a full rollout expected by October 1.
