Kartik Aaryan's 'Captain India' to Begin Filming in London This September

Kartik Aaryan's much-anticipated film 'Captain India' is set to start principal photography in London this September, with the shoot expected to conclude by the end of October. Directed by Shimit Amin, known for the classic 'Chak De! India', the film is produced by T-Series and Baweja Studios, among others.

Inspired by a real-life evacuation of Indian citizens from a war-torn country, the screenplay features contributions from Nash Vazifdar, Sanchit Gupta, and Priyadarshee Shrivastava. The film, which was first announced in 2021, is slated for release on August 13, 2027, coinciding with India's Independence Day.
