Interestingly, the children themselves seem to be gravitating toward this skepticism about technology. Among Gen Alpha, vintage gadgets like Sony Walkmans are trending, indicating a desire for a simpler approach.
In our household, I've begun to loosen the reins slightly. While I still refrain from posting many photos of my children online, I recognized the need for them to engage with technology to foster friendships and explore the world. As my eldest transitioned to high school, we replaced her flip phone with an iPhone, and my younger daughter now sports an Apple Watch. These devices have opened new avenues for them, blending their digital and physical lives.
