Palace Opens New Flagship Store in Seoul's Lotte World Mall

By Editor • August 21, 2026 • 1 min read

British streetwear label Palace is making significant strides in South Korea's fashion scene with the debut of its third store in Seoul, opened on Saturday. Located within the Lotte World Mall in the Songpa District, this flagship spans 1,500 square feet and is positioned near the iconic Lotte World Tower, the tallest building in the country.

This latest addition aligns with Palace's ambition to create unique "destination" stores that blend skate culture with local heritage. The design of this flagship draws inspiration from the Jongmyo Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage site, showcasing a long, linear layout that echoes the shrine's architecture.

Shoppers are greeted by a mirror-glass skateboard deck installation and a prominent bulldog sculpture, hallmark elements of the brand's aesthetic. To celebrate the launch, Palace is releasing an exclusive capsule collection featuring limited-edition apparel, including Olympic-themed graphics that pay homage to the nearby Seoul Olympic Park, enhancing the brand's connection to its locale.
