Parke, the trendy apparel brand founded by TikTok influencer Chelsea Parke Goles, is set to launch its first collegiate clothing line in a collaboration with established sportswear maker ’47. The collection, debuting on August 25, reinterprets classic college wear into fashionable staples.
This inaugural collection includes officially licensed items for institutions such as Indiana, Georgia, Michigan, Alabama, and more. The offering features mockneck sweatshirts, sweatpants, and signature headwear from ’47, catering to a range of sizes from XS to XXL.
Price points vary, with accessories like the Parke claw clip starting at $17, while school-specific mockneck sweatshirts reach up to $140. The hats are priced between $42 and $45.
Goles expressed her excitement about the project, emphasizing how back-to-school season has always been a pivotal moment for the brand. “We’ve been thinking about how to grow it in a more thoughtful way that adds something new and fun,” she explained. Her admiration for ’47’s expertise in sports licensing made the partnership a natural fit, aiming to provide a fresh way for students and alumni to represent their schools.
Looking ahead, Goles mentioned the brand’s focus on evolving with its community, reflecting their journey through various life stages. “Back-to-school is just another chapter we love being a part of,” she said, highlighting the inclusive nature of the brand.
Kelsey Newton, senior director of marketing at ’47, noted the synergy between the two brands. “We saw a natural opportunity to combine Parke’s unique aesthetic with our deep roots in licensed sports apparel,” she said. The collaboration aims to create fashionable items that resonate beyond just game day, providing consumers with stylish ways to display school pride.
Both Goles and Newton are eager to see how the community responds to this initial release, with plans to potentially expand to more universities based on feedback. This partnership marks an exciting step for Parke, which had previously collaborated with Target, showcasing its versatility in the apparel market.
