Patrick Holland Retains Leadership Role at Banijay U.K. Post-Merger

Following the $8 billion merger with All3Media, Patrick Holland will continue as executive chairman and CEO of Banijay U.K. The merger, completed last month, has resulted in the creation of a major entertainment powerhouse, Banijay Entertainment, which is co-owned by Banijay Group and RedBird IMI.
Jeff Zucker of RedBird IMI takes on the role of Chairman, while Jane Turton from All3Media is appointed deputy CEO. Questions around business synergies, particularly in distribution, have emerged as Holland embarks on overseeing a combined portfolio of about 40 labels.
Holland, who joined Banijay U.K. in 2022, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “The range and depth of phenomenal talent across All3 and Banijay U.K. is truly inspiring.”
