PML-N Urges Swift Action on AJK Issues in Meeting with New PM Gillani

In a significant meeting held in Lahore on Sunday, newly elected Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Syed Iftikhar Ali Gillani, convened with PML-N leadership, including Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif. The focus was on the urgent need to address the pressing issues facing the Kashmiri populace.
Nawaz Sharif presented a '100-day reform plan' aimed at enhancing vital sectors such as health, education, and infrastructure. He emphasized the importance of setting AJK on a developmental path akin to that of Punjab.
Gillani, along with AJK Legislative Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Tariq Farooq, expressed gratitude for the support from the party's senior figures. Earlier, Gillani had assured the business community and students of restored internet services and improved road links with Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
