RUF Unveils EHRA: A New Benchmark in Performance and Comfort at Monterey Car Week

By Editor • August 14, 2026 • 1 min read

RUF has made a striking return to Monterey Car Week 2026 with the launch of its new EHRA model, a fastback designed for extreme performance while ensuring everyday comfort. This debut comes as the company aims to redefine high-performance driving.

Named after the legendary Phil Hill, who set speed records at Ehra-Lessien in the iconic CTR Yellowbird, the EHRA features a widebody silhouette that sets it apart from its predecessor, the CTR Anniversary. Built on RUF's proprietary carbon-fiber monocoque platform, the EHRA boasts a wider front track by 58 millimeters and rear track by 54 millimeters, enhancing its aggressive stance.

Under the hood, the EHRA is powered by a 3.6-liter twin-turbo boxer six engine, delivering an impressive 650 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque. A distinctive seven-speed manual gearbox, paired with a fully variable all-wheel-drive system, maintains a rear-driven feel, offering a refreshing alternative to the automatic transmissions prevalent in modern supercars.

The car's design is as functional as it is aesthetic, featuring a deployable carbon-fiber spoiler and innovative cooling systems. Inside, the EHRA is finished in Liquid Silver, complemented by luxurious brown leather in a checkered flag pattern, making it ideal for long drives.

At The Quail, the EHRA shares the spotlight with other RUF models, all of which are powered by renewable e-Fuels in a significant step toward sustainability in high-performance vehicles. This debut marks a new chapter for RUF, blending heritage with cutting-edge technology.
