Today marks the debut of Speedo’s iQ system, a cutting-edge wearable technology tailored for serious swimmers. These sensor-equipped goggles are engineered to enhance both professional and amateur athletes' swimming techniques.

The iQ goggles track essential metrics like distance, pace, and duration while accommodating all four major strokes: front crawl, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke. They also monitor head position, breathing patterns, and turns to ensure optimal technique.

Approved by World Aquatics, these goggles require no subscription, offering full functionality straight out of the box. After up to four hours of swimming, users can sync their goggles with the Speedo app for detailed analysis, including a unique 'head playback' feature that provides insights into technique and positioning.
