Two Arrested in Australia for Involvement with Hacking Group TeamPCP

Australian authorities have detained two individuals linked to the notorious hacking collective TeamPCP, known for executing extensive cyberattacks. The arrests were made public on Wednesday, with both men facing 14 charges.

The Australian Federal Police highlighted that TeamPCP has infiltrated over 1,000 organizations globally through a series of aggressive supply chain attacks. Although the suspects' identities remain undisclosed, their affiliations with the towns of Cottesloe and Mandurah were noted.

Since its emergence in December, TeamPCP has posed significant challenges to global cybersecurity efforts.
