LONDON – Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd. has marked a significant achievement by reporting its first operating profit, driven by impressive double-digit sales growth across its fashion and beauty sectors.
For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, the company recorded an operating profit of £7.3 million, a stark contrast to a loss of £1.6 million the previous year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) soared to £12.1 million, reflecting a remarkable fivefold increase, while revenues rose by 15% to reach £129.8 million.
This success follows five consecutive years of revenue growth, with the beauty segment, particularly the Foundation Drops, significantly boosting sales. The brand’s direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels also experienced robust growth, particularly in tailoring and occasion-wear, attributed to increased traffic at its flagship store on Dover Street.
Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, CEO of Victoria Beckham, expressed pride in this achievement, noting, “Achieving our first operating profit is a landmark moment for Victoria Beckham and reflects several years of disciplined execution and strategic investment.”
The company is eager to continue this momentum into 2026, with sales already showing strong growth. Lauren Edelman, CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty, emphasized the brand’s commitment to innovation, highlighting the success of products infused with skincare actives.
Looking ahead, the brand aims to expand its presence, targeting over 300 retail locations in 15 markets, with plans for further openings in the U.S. and entries into key European and Middle Eastern markets.
