The architecture of Warp Factories is designed to be user-friendly, allowing companies to automate traditional software development stages—such as triage and implementation—while also integrating with existing tools like Linear, Jira, Slack, and Teams. This seamless integration helps maintain workflow continuity.

Although the system enhances automation, Lloyd clarifies that it is not meant to replace software engineers but rather to aid their collaboration with AI agents. Currently, around 30-35% of tasks at Warp are automated, with expectations for that number to grow as technology advances.
