Zillow and Redfin Resolve Antitrust Issues with FTC Settlement

The FTC has reached a settlement with Zillow, concluding a case over their 2025 partnership that was deemed anticompetitive. Zillow had reportedly paid Redfin to share its rental listings, while Redfin ceased its advertising efforts and agreed not to compete.
The settlement permits Redfin to syndicate Zillow's rental listings freely and mandates the revival of its own rental advertising services.
