At the premiere of his latest film, "The Uprising," Andrew Garfield shared his thoughts on the recent triumph of "Spider-Man: Brand New Day," which has raked in an impressive $891 million at the domestic box office. Garfield, who played Spider-Man in previous films, has yet to reach out to Tom Holland, stating, "I don’t want to be disingenuous" before having seen the movie.

Garfield expressed excitement about catching up on both Holland's work and his other film, "The Odyssey," emphasizing the unique connection fans have with Spider-Man. He described the character as someone everyone can relate to, saying, "It’s impossible not to see yourself in that character."

Despite speculation, Garfield firmly denied any involvement in the upcoming "Avengers: Doomsday." When pressed about his past misdirection regarding his role in "No Way Home," he playfully stated, "You’ll find out, I suppose, one way or another." Meanwhile, his commitment to realism in "The Uprising" led him to perform most of his own stunts, despite the physical toll it took.
