The Canadian duo Angine de Poitrine made a striking U.S. television debut on Monday night, captivating audiences with their unique sound on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. The band, known for their polka-dotted aesthetic and microtonal music, showcased a fresh track titled "Zugzek," much to the delight of fans.

During the performance, guitarist-bassist Khn and drummer Klek delivered an energetic rendition of the five-minute song, which left Fallon grappling with the pronunciation of its title. This appearance marks a significant milestone for the math-punk duo, who originally appeared on Later… With Jools Holland back in June.

Angine de Poitrine's presence in the music scene has been felt with the release of their latest album, Vol. II, earlier this April. They've also graced stages such as the Newport Jazz Festival this summer and recently completed a two-night engagement at New York’s Le Poisson Rouge, further solidifying their rising status in the industry.
