Dior and A24 Celebrate Creative Partnership with Star-Studded Event at Cherry Lane Theatre

Celebrating a unique collaboration, cabaret icon Justin Vivian Bond took the stage at New York's Cherry Lane Theatre for a special performance linked to Dior's partnership with indie film powerhouse A24. This event marks a significant moment, bringing together the realms of fashion and film in an artistic showcase.

Bond, who initially relocated from New York to London to pursue studies at Central Saint Martins, reminisced about their journey, especially their early connection with Jonathan Anderson, the now-renowned creative director at Dior. "We became friends and when he did his degree show he asked me if I would perform at it and I was like ‘sure, kid’ and so I performed at his first show and here we are all these years later,” Bond shared, reflecting on their long-standing friendship.

In a nod to fashion history, Anderson designed custom costumes for the evening, featuring Bond in an exquisite archival piece by Paul Poiret. The event also attracted a host of notable guests from the film industry, including Josh Safdie, Nathan Fielder, 070 Shake, and Emily Ratajkowski, all celebrating this innovative union of film and fashion.
