Epic Tale of 'Ramayana' to Hit Theaters This November

Sony Pictures Entertainment has announced that the highly anticipated film "Ramayana" will be released globally on November 6. This two-part adaptation, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, stars Ranbir Kapoor as the exiled prince Rama, Yash as Ravana, and Sai Pallavi as Sita.

The narrative follows Rama and Sita's tumultuous journey, culminating in a monumental battle sparked by Sita’s abduction. The film promises to engage audiences worldwide, featuring multiple language options, including English.

An impressive trailer released earlier this summer showcased stunning visual effects and grand battle sequences, while the film’s score is a collaboration between renowned composers Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman. Notably, "Ramayana" Part 1 will debut during the Diwali holiday, a fitting choice as it aligns with the festival celebrating Rama’s return to Ayodhya after exile.
