Fashion News: Victoria's Secret Sees Sales Growth, Wella Pursues IPO

By Editor • September 3, 2026 • 1 min read

In a notable development for the retail sector, Victoria's Secret & Co. has reported a robust 10% increase in net sales for the second quarter of 2026, reaching $1.61 billion. This surge was aided by over $140 million in IEEPA tariff refunds, allowing the company to revise its fiscal 2026 sales forecast upward to between $7.10 billion and $7.18 billion.

Meanwhile, Wella Company has taken steps towards an initial public offering (IPO), filing the necessary documents on Monday. Backed by KKR, Wella boasts a diverse portfolio that includes renowned brands such as OPI and Clairol. The firm recorded revenues of $2.94 billion for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, a notable rise from the previous year's $2.69 billion. The proceeds from the IPO will primarily address debt repayment and restructuring tax implications.

On a different note, PVH Corp., the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, faced a slight setback with a 3% decline in revenue, totaling $2.1 billion in Q2. Despite challenges, e-commerce sales for both brands experienced a 4% uptick.
