Inside Paige and Tommy Paul's Enchanting Connecticut Estate

In the heart of Connecticut's serene countryside lies the exquisite estate of Paige (née Lorenze) Paul and tennis star Tommy Paul, a perfect blend of rustic charm and contemporary flair. Spanning five acres, this historic 1940s property is not only a home but a vibrant reflection of Paige’s lifestyle brand, Dairy Boy, which celebrates New England’s rich heritage.

The couple's residence is a curated showcase of antiques and modern design. Upon entering, guests are greeted by an inviting entry hall adorned with an antique wooden stool, vintage rugs, and a striking 19th-century European sideboard. The space is bathed in soft hues, with walls painted in Benjamin Moore’s Linen White and a staircase dressed in a deep Farrow & Ball green, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

A Farmhouse with Character

Paige’s vision for her home was to honor its historic character while infusing it with modern elements. Partnering with designer Annie Parkhurst, they transformed the property into a timeless sanctuary. “The idea was to uncover the house’s character and charm by honoring its bones,” Parkhurst explained. Together, they meticulously sourced furnishings from estate sales and vintage markets, proving that every piece has a story.

The sunroom, a highlight of the house, features a custom sofa upholstered in Dairy Boy’s signature fabric, surrounded by carefully selected vintage pieces. With a backdrop of layered textures and rich details, Tommy describes it as one of his favorite spaces. “It was so much better than I could have dreamed,” Paige reflected on moving into the estate just two months before their wedding on July 14th.

From Farm to Table

The couple’s commitment to sustainability shines through their farmstand, where fresh produce and organic products are sold, including eggs from their backyard chicken coop. This endeavor complements Paige’s growing business, which also includes a boutique she opened on Nantucket, enhancing her connection with her 2.7 million followers on social media. “You can see the inspiration for her clothes in the house and the inspiration for her house in her clothes,” Tommy remarked, highlighting the seamless integration of their lives.

With spaces designed for both relaxation and creativity, Paige and Tommy's estate is a testament to their shared love for heritage and modern living, inviting visitors into a world where tradition meets contemporary style.
