However, ARBREST has flipped this notion on its head with the COVE chair, debuting at the IFA Innovation Awards 2026 in Berlin on September 4, 2026. This chair is designed with female proportions at the forefront, focusing on fit, motion, and recovery.

Unlike traditional office chairs that offer limited adjustments, the COVE chair features a comprehensive calibration system with seven adjustable points, including seat height, width, and depth. For instance, the pre-production model showcased at IFA allows for seat height adjustments ranging from 18.1 to 21.3 inches, emphasizing the chair's commitment to accommodating smaller frames.

Additionally, COVE’s cushion is engineered in layers to provide optimal support. The area beneath the sit bones remains firm, while the pelvic region is designed to gently contour to the body, ensuring comfort during prolonged use. The chair's thoughtful features, such as a winged headrest for accommodating hairstyles and 5D dynamic armrests, further enhance usability. With a design that promotes natural posture, COVE adapts as users shift positions, maintaining support without the need for constant adjustments.
