Milo Yiannopoulos Claims Mistreatment During Deportation by ICE

By Editor • September 2, 2026 • 1 min read

Milo Yiannopoulos, known for his controversial right-wing views, has alleged that he was unjustly treated by Homeland Security agents during his recent deportation to the UK. In a conversation on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Yiannopoulos described his experience at a Louisiana airport, where he claimed to have been 'swarmed' by 15 agents.

The 41-year-old former Trump supporter criticized the process, alleging he was denied food for an entire day and was relocated multiple times to hinder communication with his legal team. 'This was not a normal, lawful process,' he asserted, describing his treatment as 'brutality.'

In response, a spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security rejected Yiannopoulos's claims, stating that he was never denied essential care or food. They emphasized that all notices regarding his immigration status were sent to the address he provided and clarified that his previous work authorization did not grant him legal status in the U.S. Yiannopoulos was deported on August 28, following a final order of removal issued on July 22 after he failed to attend his immigration hearing.
