Reolink Unveils Innovative Dual-Lens OMVI 2i Ultra Security Camera at IFA 2026

At IFA 2026 in Berlin, Reolink introduced its groundbreaking OMVI 2i Ultra Wireless Security Camera, designed to enhance home surveillance by monitoring two areas simultaneously. Priced between $200 and $250, this dual-camera system combines a 4K wide-angle lens with a 5MP pan-tilt mechanism, effectively addressing the limitations of traditional security cameras.

The OMVI 2i Ultra features a fixed 4K wide lens that continuously captures a broad view while a separate pan-tilt ball camera tracks motion detected within that frame. This dual approach, termed SyncTrack by Reolink, eliminates the compromises seen in standard pan-tilt cameras, allowing for both broad surveillance and focused tracking without sacrificing coverage.

Equipped with impressive specifications, the camera boasts a detachable 10,000mAh battery that promises up to six months of usage on a single charge, assisted by a 6W SolarEase panel that requires minimal sunlight for recharging. Additionally, the OMVI 2i Ultra supports Wi-Fi 6, local storage of up to 512GB via microSD, and features such as color night vision, a built-in siren, and IP65 weatherproofing. Weighing in at a full kilogram, this device is designed for durability and effectiveness, making it a notable presence in outdoor settings.
