When it comes to appetizers, the Pigs in a Blanket stood out with their generous all-beef hot dog slices wrapped in a flaky, buttery pastry. Served with a tangy honey mustard, this dish is a crowd-pleaser at about $11 and 730 calories. The Chicken and Waffle Skewers and Sweet-Soy Glazed Ribs also deserve a mention. While the ribs were messy yet flavorful, the innovative skewers featured fried chicken bites with cheddar cheese and green chiles, drizzled with maple-butter syrup.
