This innovative device cleverly mimics the appearance of an old-school pager, bringing a touch of retro flair to modern technology.

Measuring roughly the size of a credit card, the power bank features a transparent case that showcases its inner workings, and is constructed from durable ABS and polycarbonate plastic. With USB-C and USB-A ports, it can fully charge an iPhone 15 twice and even provide emergency power for laptops and tablets. Priced at $60, it offers a blend of functionality and nostalgia.

True to its beeper roots, the device goes beyond mere charging capabilities. It can send and receive messages to other Retro Beepers within range, using radio waves to communicate. With 86 preset messages like “Hello!” and “Call me back,” each message is accompanied by an audible beep, reminiscent of classic paging devices. According to MoMA's merchandising director, Emmanuel Plat, this product appeals to two types of customers: those reflecting on the past and those seeking a break from today's hyper-connected culture.
