Todd Snyder Celebrates 15 Years in Style with New Campaign and Celebrity Connections

Renowned menswear designer Todd Snyder is gearing up to mark a significant milestone as he celebrates the 15th anniversary of his brand. This celebration coincides with the launch of his latest capsule collection in collaboration with Lagavulin Whisky, featuring actor Ben Ahlers.

Snyder recalls a pivotal moment in 2013, just two years after launching his label, when he learned that actor Ryan Gosling had purchased from his brand. "We were all sitting there together because it was maybe only five of us in the company… The guy who runs our e-comm said, ‘Oh my God, Ryan Gosling just ordered from us!’" This moment marked the beginning of Snyder’s relationship with high-profile celebrities, with many stars like Hudson Williams, Sterling K. Brown, and Colman Domingo donning his designs on major events.

As Snyder prepares for his anniversary celebration at New York Fashion Week, he reflects on the connections he has made through his work. Among them is Matt Bomer, who approached Snyder at the CFDA Awards in 2012, expressing admiration for his designs. Their friendship has blossomed over the years, and Bomer remains a loyal supporter of the brand.

The upcoming capsule collection, titled "Time & Craft," features Ahlers, who shares a special connection with Snyder through their Iowa roots. The collection will be available starting October 8, with a launch party featuring a performance by Matt Berninger of The National, who Snyder describes as a fashion hero.
