Walmart Recalls Over 300 Boxes of Mangoes Due to Salmonella Risk

In a precautionary move, Panorama Produce has announced the recall of 302 boxes of size nine mangoes due to potential Salmonella contamination. These mangoes, packaged in Martina-branded cases, were sold at select Walmart locations across Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania between August 10 and 21.
The individual fruits can be identified by a light blue Agrofpac sticker, featuring a PLU number of 4584. The recall follows FDA testing that detected Salmonella on mangoes from the same farm as the recalled fruit.
While no illnesses have been reported, consumers are urged to dispose of or return the affected mangoes to the store.
