Step 1
Soak ½ cup of almonds in heat water for 40 minutes, then peel and blend in a gentle paste with little milk.

Scorching 2 cups of milk in a pan, stir sometimes and boil gently.
Add the almond paste to boiling milk and blend properly, cooking over low warmth.

Add the sugar and cook dinner till it dissolves fully, stirring constantly.

Add ½ teaspoon of cardamom mud and a few saffron threads for a wealthy taste and colour.

Add the almonds and chopped anacardos for added crunch.

Serve heat or chilly, adorned with nuts and luxuriate in your creamy Badam Kheer!
