Step 1
Soak Chana Dal for 1 hour, then drain and stress at stress with turmeric, ghee and water for three whistles.

Drain extra water, switch dal to a pan, add Jaggery, combine effectively and prepare dinner till he’s thick. Add Ghee, cardamom powder and funky.

Put together the dough with wheat flour, maida, turmeric, salt, oil and water. Knead effectively, relaxation for 1 hour, then knead once more.

Take a small ball of dough, flattened, place stuffed inside, seal edges and gently roll on a skinny disc.

Cook dinner in a scorching tawa, turning midway. Apply ghee on each side and prepare dinner evenly till golden brown.
