Ewan McGregor hate being certified as a movie star.
The member of the ‘Trainspotting’ forged admits that he finds the title “offensive”, particularly when he works within the theater, insisting that he’s “an actor” who works in movie, tv and stage packages.
He instructed The Guardian newspaper: “You aren’t a movie actor, and you aren’t a tv actor, and you aren’t a theater actor. You’re simply an actor.
“For me, returning to the theater shouldn’t be like: ‘Oh, right here is that this movie actor on stage …’ I’ve at all times discovered it a little bit offensive. And I’ve at all times discovered the primary minutes on the London stage, I can really feel that within the room. After a couple of minutes, you may really feel that the viewers goes: ‘Oh, okay’, then you may proceed with that.”

“Michael retired from blue and talked about how a lot I might like to return to the stage.”
