Situated in reserve, Sotogrande, SpainVilla Tai by Ark Architects, led by architect Manuel Ruiz Moriche, is a Residential Challenge that mixes Mediterranean and Oriental architectural rules. The villa is conceived as a recent residence that responds to the evolutionary priorities of sustainable life, environmental integration and effectively -being.
The architectural strategy emphasizes the steadiness between spatial opening and materials tactility. Positioned on a podium of stone and wooden, the construction frames panoramic views on the Mediterranean, rising the spatial continuity between the inside and the surface. This dialogue is consolidated by the strategic use of pure mild and orientation, which ensures the lighting all through the day, sustaining a continuing reference to the encircling panorama.
