However, Ado silenced critics with a powerful cover of Metallica's "Enter Sandman," asserting her presence on the Marine Stage. Following her performance, Metallica publicly praised her on social media, further validating her role in the festival.

This year’s Summer Sonic drew impressive crowds, with 198,000 attendees in Tokyo and 110,000 in Kansai, showcasing its enduring popularity.
