MILAN — Changbin, the dynamic member of K-pop sensation Stray Kids, is taking his collaboration with Italian footwear brand Autry to new heights by launching a unique capsule collection. Having been named Autry’s first global brand ambassador in February, Changbin has now co-designed a line that features both footwear and apparel adorned with his personal symbols and signature pink accents.
In a statement, Changbin expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “Designing this capsule with Autry was an exciting journey. It gave me the opportunity to bring my personality and point of view to the brand’s iconic sneakers and apparel.” His designs aim to reflect a blend of strength and playfulness that resonates with his artistic persona.
The standout element of the collection is the “dwaekki” tail motif, a playful character that blends features of a rabbit and a pig, well-known among his dedicated fanbase. The collection also introduces a pink Changbin x Autry logo, creatively integrating a smiling face into the brand's name.
The capsule features Autry’s Medalist sneaker, a classic 1980s style, now in all-white leather with pink accents, and the Hyperway sneaker, a contemporary take on the “dad shoe” trend. Beyond footwear, the collection includes relaxed apparel such as zip-up hoodies, T-shirts, and accessories, all showcasing Changbin’s signature style.
Launching online and at select retailers in Asia, the collection is priced from $35 for socks to $300 for the coveted Medalist sneakers. To commemorate the release, Autry will host immersive events in Seoul and Tokyo, celebrating the fusion of Italian craftsmanship and K-pop culture.
