Chris Hansen Weighs in on Robert Pattinson’s Dramatic Performance in ‘Primetime’

Chris Hansen recently shared his thoughts on Robert Pattinson's portrayal of him in the upcoming A24 film, "Primetime," which explores Hansen's role on Dateline NBC’s "To Catch a Predator."

While he finds Pattinson's performance somewhat "overly dramatic," Hansen acknowledges that his family thinks it's a decent imitation. "He’s saying things I never said and doing things I never did," Hansen remarked, emphasizing the fictional nature of the film.

Hansen also revealed he declined to sign a legal agreement that would have waived his rights to his name and image, claiming he was unable to view the film after refusing. A source stated this was a standard NDA for preview audiences.
