Drag Race Franchise Celebrates Renewals Amid Record-Breaking Success

The beloved "RuPaul’s Drag Race" franchise is set to continue its reign with new seasons confirmed for MTV and Paramount+. The flagship series will launch its 19th season following an impressive 18th season that saw a 19% increase in the P18-49 ratings.
Season 18 not only broke viewership records but also featured star-studded guest judges like Cardi B and Teyana Taylor, with Myki Meeks emerging victorious. Additionally, the aftershow "Untucked" will return alongside the main series.
Meanwhile, "RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars" has also been renewed for its 12th season, highlighted by Crystal Methyd’s crowning victory. This season introduced a unique all-disco themed Lip Sync Smackdown and included notable guest judges.
The franchise’s production company, World of Wonder, expressed gratitude to all involved as Emmy nominations roll in, with RuPaul receiving a historic 11th consecutive nod for outstanding host.
