Erykah Badu and Alchemist Set to Drop Joint Album This Month

After years of anticipation, Erykah Badu and The Alchemist are finally ready to unveil their collaborative debut album on August 28. While the duo previously hinted at the title, Abi & Alan, they have opted not to release a definitive album name just yet, with a Bandcamp page simply stating, "Sorry, we don’t have an album title yet …"

Leading up to the release, fans can enjoy the single "Witch Doctor," accompanied by a visually striking music video that echoes Badu's provocative 2010 project.

The album, produced over 18 months, will be distributed by Control Freaq/Young, with a North American tour planned for next month.
